Tarpon Springs, FL (May 24, 2007) University Community Health’s Tarpon Springs Hospital, Helen Ellis Memorial, engaged HCP & Associates to develop a new position and marketing plan for execution in late 2007. The team will interview constituency groups, participate in special events and other “outreach” efforts as the overall plan is further refined based on our findings.
