TAMPA, Fla., (May 8, 2025) – HCP Associates today announced that the Tampa Community Redevelopment Agency has approved an extension of the firm’s marketing communications and engagement contract. The renewal enables HCP to continue managing the agency’s social media channels, produce district-wide newsletters, create short-form video content, and support the CRA’s Citizen Advisory Committees while long-term plans are finalized.

Under the expanded scope, HCP will:
- Manage a unified Tampa CRA presence across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Produce quarterly newsletters and weekly Flash eblasts featuring project updates and grant opportunities.
- Generate short-form videos showcasing redevelopment milestones.
- Provide staff training and advisory support to ensure consistent messaging.
The firm will also collaborate closely with CRA staff to align outreach efforts and measure engagement across all CRA districts.
